1. In-Home Sessions: In-home sessions are available only within a 15-mile radius of our business location. If you are unsure whether your location falls within this area, please contact us for clarification before purchasing.
2. Completion Timeline: All purchased training programs as part of this Holiday Special must be completed by December 31, 2024. This ensures we can provide dedicated and timely service to each participant.
3. Availability: Limited spots are available under this Holiday Special. Bookings will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Non-Transferable: This Holiday Special is non-transferable and cannot be applied to other individuals or exchanged for any other service outside the specified training programs.
5. No Cash Value: This special offer has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or refunds.
6. Scheduling: We will work with you to create a training schedule, but please note that availability may vary. To ensure completion within 2024, we recommend booking sessions as early as possible.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Our standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply to all training sessions purchased through this Holiday Special. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session may be subject to fees.
8. Modification Rights: Train Walk Poop reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance to all current participants.
